+ Ok Motion Club

To celebrate OK Motion Club's five-year anniversary, we partnered with the team to create a live Risograph photo booth experience at the Goat Farm in Atlanta.

Rather than offering a traditional digital photo booth, we wanted every guest to leave with something they could hold on to—a handcrafted Risograph print created during the event itself.

The project combined photography, live printmaking, and event design into a single interactive experience, giving guests the opportunity to watch their portraits move from camera to print in real time.

As Posy's first live Risograph photo booth activation, the project also became an opportunity to develop a production workflow that balanced speed, craftsmanship, and the joyful unpredictability of live printmaking.

Behind the printer

Creating a live print experience required much more than bringing a camera to the venue.

Over the course of several planning sessions, we worked with OK Motion Club to design every part of the guest experience—from the custom photo frame and production workflow to guest flow, print timing, and equipment setup.

After developing our Photoshop automation and print specifications, we rehearsed the entire workflow in the studio before conducting a final venue walkthrough at the Goat Farm. By event day, every frame had already been printed, allowing the team to focus entirely on photographing guests and producing prints throughout the celebration.

For one evening, the Goat Farm became a temporary live print studio.

Our team transported the Risograph press, lighting, projector signage, cameras, and production equipment into the venue, transforming part of the anniversary celebration into an interactive printmaking experience.

Throughout the evening, guests were photographed, their portraits were processed through our custom workflow, and each image was printed live on the Risograph. Most guests received their finished prints within five to fifteen minutes, while the final production hour was dedicated to completing the remaining editions after photography concluded.

By the end of the evening, we had photographed 175 guests as part of OK Motion Club's celebration, producing a collection of limited-edition prints that commemorated the organization's five-year milestone.
